One (1) used and dismantled Cedarapids Hauck counter flow rotary dryer system, rating unknown tons per hour and features:

• One (1) used Cedarapids counter flow rotary dryer, model number 8026, serial number 32524, size 80-inch diameter by 26-foot long, and drive unknown horsepower electric motor,
• One (1) used Hauck burner, model number SJLP 4200E-111-06-03-1-00, serial number 25752, and rating unknown million BTU/hr., and
• One (1) used Hauck blower, model number TBA-36-40-0-3, serial number 891775, and drive Baldor 40 horsepower electric motor.
• One (1) used Steelcraft baghouse, model number MS-10.480.5928, serial number FF0222, drive 150 horsepower electric motor, rating 30,000 cubic feet per minute, status the baghouse was scrapped.

Note: this dryer was used for sand. My dryer guy said the burner is rated for 48-50 million BTUs per hour and can do 100-150 tons per hour for asphalt or 80-100 tons per hour for sand. He also said he could install it for about $100,000.00. My service guy inspected it and said the shell cylinder, flights, riding rings (tires), trunnion bases, drive gear, discharge housing, burner, blower, and frame are in poor condition. He did not see the drive package (motor, gear reducer, and chain), feed housing, air seals, or burner controller. My shipping guy said one lowboy trailer for about $10.00 per mile times to be determined miles equals $to be determined, and one flatbed trailer for about $4.00 per mile times to be determined miles equals $to be determined.
