ONE (1) 60 ft. diameter MCLANAHAN HIGH RATE THICKENER, including:

Mechanism complete with:

• Bridge Support Structure
• Access Stairs & Walkway with handrails to platform at center of Thickener
• Drive assembly with hydraulic drive & planetary gearbox
• Velocity Break Box & Feed-pipe
• Feed-well with baffles
• Distribution plate & scrapers

Please note that we have sized our equipment using standard unit loading factors. Operating capacities are dependent on material characteristics (i.e. particle size, clay content, ability to flocculate, etc.), and test work would be required to establish the unit loading specific to the material at this site, and moisture content of underflow discharge slurry.

THICKENER UNDERFLOW PUMP & ANCILLARIES

• MCLANAHAN 3" x 3" rubber lined centrifugal slurry pump with 25 hp motor
• ONE (1) 4" Knifegate Isolation Valves, hand operated.
• ONE (1) 4" Butterfly Isolation Valves, hand operated.
• ONE (1) gland water pump
• 4" Suction Lateral with flushing Ball Valve.
• Suction hose 5" ID x 5ft long.
• Delivery hose 5" ID x 10ft long.
• 25 hp VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE 460V, in NEMA 1 enclosure for mounting in customer's MCC.

Note: for Line Power. If only generator power is available, additional power conditioner resistors may be required, at additional cost.

THICKENER FLOCCULANT MAKE UP AND DOSING SYSTEM

Model 800 Polymer Preparation System including:

• Polypropylene tank with removable tank covers.
• ¾ hp electric mixer
• Dry polymer feeder
• Stainless steel wetting funnel with venturi mixer below the water surface for dry polymer wetting and dispersion
• Timers and relays control the automatic make-up sequencing, with manual override capability through hand/off/auto switches
• Polymer dosing gear pump with variable speed drive
• High and low voltage controls contained in a NEMA 4 enclosure
• One point electrical hook-up (460V, 3ph, 8 amps) required by customer

Polymer Dosing Control

• Auto Floc Controller to ramp polymer pump up and down in response to solids loading
